3.1 Eligibility Criteria. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the oksgames Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. oksgames reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. oksgames is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). oksgames may require identity and age verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine Postal ID, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys card, or valid passport). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.5 Account Approval. oksgames reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where oksgames has reason to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. oksgames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. oksgames reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee on dormant Account balances or to close dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified before any administration fee is applied.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting oksgames support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus credits will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
4.5 Account Closure by oksgames. oksgames may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where oksgames reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) false registration information; (d) multi-account registration; or (e) conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the oksgames Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oksgames does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. oksgames accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per account tier.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's oksgames Account balance in real time under normal conditions. oksgames is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or third-party payment processor. In the event of a failed or pending deposit, Players should contact oksgames support before attempting a repeat transaction.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw funds from oksgames, a Player must: (a) have completed any applicable KYC verification; (b) have met any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds if the balance includes bonus-derived winnings; and (c) not have any pending fraud investigations on the Account.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. oksgames processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are processed within 10–30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. oksgames does not guarantee processing times that are dependent on third-party financial institutions.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. oksgames reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR-aligned KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the Account Balance.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. oksgames is committed to preventing money laundering and financing of illegal activities. The Company monitors transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players may be required to provide evidence of the source of deposited funds where transactions trigger AML review thresholds. 7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the oksgames Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. oksgames is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand a game's rules or mechanics.
7.2 Void Bets. oksgames reserves the right to void any wager, settle wagers at corrected odds, or withhold winnings where: (a) a technical malfunction occurred that materially affected the outcome of a game; (b) a game was made available in error; (c) the published Return to Player (RTP) or odds contained a manifest error; or (d) oksgames has reason to believe the wager was placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a disconnection, game crash, or other technical interruption during an active game round, oksgames will attempt to reconstruct the outcome of the interrupted round using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. oksgames is not liable for any losses attributable to internet connection issues on the Player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oksgames Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 10.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, oksgames's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

13.2 The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must notify oksgames and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes. oksgames will process the closure and return any eligible real-money balance to the Player's nominated withdrawal method.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
14.2 Informal Resolution. 14.3 Formal Dispute. Where informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of oksgames's internal dispute resolution process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
