6.2 Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

8.1 oksgames uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the oksgames.app Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser that help the Platform function properly and allow us to analyse usage patterns.

8.2 oksgames uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for Platform functionality, including maintaining your login session, security tokens, and core navigation features. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform function.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (such as language settings, responsible gaming tool configurations, and game lobby display preferences) so you do not need to reconfigure them each visit.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Players use the Platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and where errors occur. This data is used to improve the Platform.

8.4 oksgames does not use third-party advertising cookies or track your activity on external websites for retargeting purposes.

9.1 oksgames retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

9.2 The following general retention principles apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the active Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of ten (10) years following the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure or the end of the business relationship.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for dispute resolution.
• Technical and Device Log Data: Retained for a rolling period of twelve (12) months, after which logs are either anonymised or deleted.

9.3 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, oksgames will securely delete or anonymise personal data in a manner that prevents reconstruction. Where complete deletion is not technically feasible within operational systems, data will be isolated and protected from further active processing pending scheduled deletion.

10.1 oksgames's data security measures include, but are not limited to:

10.2 Your Responsibility. The security of your Account also depends on the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for ensuring that any device through which you access oksgames is adequately secured. oksgames is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by oksgames:

11.3 Limitations. 13.3 By registering an account with oksgames and accepting the Terms & Conditions, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described in this section.

14.1 oksgames reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine data protection law, changes to our data processing practices, new services or features added to the Platform, or changes in the way we share data with third parties.

14.2 When material changes are made to this Policy, oksgames will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed within the Platform. The date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14.3 Continued use of the oksgames Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgement of and consent to the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change to this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
